BABYS FIRST TRIP HOME!

THIS IS GOING TO BE A REAL QUICK POST. WE JUST WANTED TO LET EVERYONE KNOW THAT WE WILL BE BRINGING BABY HOME TO MAINE FOR THANKSGIVING! WE ARE VERY EXCITED FOR HIM OR HER TO MEET EVERYONE! WE BOUGHT OUR TICKETS YESTERDAY. WE WILL BE COMING INTO PWM ON NOV 22 WHICH IS THANKSGIVING DAY. WE TRIED TO GET TICKETS FOR THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING BUT THEY WERE JUST TO EXPENSIVE. ANYWAY WE ARE SUPPOSE TO BE ARRIVING THANKSGIVING DAY AROUND 1:00. WE ARE GOING TO GET TO STAY FOR A WEEK AND A HALF. WE LEAVE TO COME BACK SUN. DEC. 2 AT 8:30. THATS ALL THE UPDATES FOR NOW-WE WERE SO EXCITED THAT WE WANTED TO SHARE THE NEWS!

baby update

friday morning was our appointment and sarah is still 2cm. everything is fine. we went to raleigh on the "baby excursion". we went to 4 different stores looking for those last minute items. kind of like christmas eve. we now have everything we need and the "GO" bag is ready. the stroller we were able to get was gangsta - thanks to all those that contributed. the pictures of the baby bedsets may be hard to see because they are pictures of pictures. we ordered one of each. next appointment is friday @10:30am and will keep you updated.

OUR HOME

THIS POST IS FOR ALL THOSE WHO ASKED TO SEE PICTURES OF OUR HOUSE. WE ARE STILL FINISHING UP SOMETHINGS AROUND THE HOUSE. I CANT BELIEVE OUR HOUSE IS ALREADY 5 YEARS OLD.THE BABYS ROOM WILL GET FINISHED WHEN WE FIND OUT WHAT WE ARE HAVING. MEMERE AND PAPA HAVE GRACIOUSLY OFFERED TO HELP WITH THIS. THE KITCHEN IS GETTING PAINTED A DARKER YELLOW. THE GUEST ROOM IS STILL UNFINISHED. A BABY UPDATE TO FOLLOW. WELCOME TO OUR HOME!

fun with the girls and doctors appt-HELP

hey there everyone! yes this is sarah again. i am attempting to do this bogging thing again. the post was not so bad but i did have trouble with the pictures. john actually put the pictures on and he is at work today so i am on my own-i might have to give my sister a call:) this week has gone by so fast. john had wed and thursday off so we decided to spend some extra time with the two little girls before the baby comes. tuesday we had a sleepover. we ate dinner, went swimming until 8, and then put in a movie. i did not make it through the movie as i was tired so john finished the movie with the girls and put them to bed. the next morning we went to the gym and headed to the water park. we have never been there before. it was less then an hour away and turned out to be alot of fun. chrissy kept running over and saying she was having"too much fun"-i did not know there was such a thing. okay now i will try a slideshow:

okay that wasnt too bad i only made one phone call to my sister-we will have to see if it actually shows up.
on to the doctors appt. friday i had my 36wk check up. they checked my cervix? i was 2cm dialated and the baby was head down. i am still not sure if i was excited or not. i thought i wanted the baby out now but realized that i am not ready. if our baby came now he or she still would not have a name. this is where i need some help. we have searched everywhere for names-books,online,etc and cant seem to find the ones we want.i will tell you what we have so far and would love help. inputs or suggestions are welcome. for those who have talked to us you know these are not written in stone they have a tendency to change.

the boys names are pretty set? we have liked camden from the beggining. i also like blake and gabriel(gabe) but john is not sure of the name gabriel he likes gabe but it is so short by itself. anyway after leaving the doctors i had some pretty heavy bleeding. i was nervous. i called my sister stacy to see if she remembered such a thing.she been through it 3 times the doctor i had just started at the practice last week. there are three other doctors who i love. the new doctor was very rough. we came to the conclusion that he might have just been inexperienced. john of course wanted me to call immediately. i decided to go home and rest. the bleeding slowed down and by nighttime it was just spotting which i think is normal. and then this morning everything seems fine so far. lets just pray one of the other doctors are on call when i go into labor. i have another appt next friday at 10:30 and will keep you all updated.

Getting ready!

yes this is sarah posting. do not expect this all the time -this is johns thing. john had to work saturday so i decided to finishing unpacking the babies things and start getting things set up. i am going to try to post a few pictures lets see how it goes:)

Back to reallity!!!

Well as you know we are back from Maine... and I have to say that when I got here I really didn't want to be here. Our time spent at home with our families was so enjoyable. On Sunday morning we went to church with Robert, Cassie and the boys and it was awesome to see their family in the house of God excited to hear the message He had for them. Later that evening they went to church with us in Turner. Monday night was the races at Oxford and there was 29 people there from both of our families and we all had a great time. Tuesday Sarah, Robert, Cassie, Justin, Lucas and I all went up to my dad's house to have dinner/supper with them. I think my dad really enjoyed having his boys and their families together for a visit. Robert, Justin, Latoya, Jordan and I camped out in my in-laws back yard and we made a little campfire and roasted marshmellows with them, Stacey and the twins. We all had a great time. The 4th of July was pretty relaxing with a get together at worthly pond with both of our families. They also gave us a little baby shower which was very nice and I wanted to say thank you to everyone that was involved. Thursday was York's Wild Kindom with 19 of us that attended. It was a beautiful day and we all had a great time. Friday evening was a little outting a my mom's house followed by four wheelin with my brother and Glen. We were'nt even a quarter mile from the house and my brother flipped his wheeler over and I was scared that he was seriously injured. Glen and I checked him and he was broused and battered but okay. He got back and rode with us for 2 1/2 hours...smart or stupid??? I would have done the same thing! Then Saterday was the Biggest and the best Baby Shower in the world that my sister in law and mother in law put on for us. I personally want to thank you soooo much for all you did. There were tons of people and food I never would have imagined it. It was really a great time. And thankyou to everyone that came and brought a gift for our baby we really appreciate it. Sunday morning wake up was at 1 am for the trek back to reallity :{ Sarah and the baby had a check up yesterday and everything is fine. Sarah is still working out everyday and going non-stop I just wish she would take it a little easier, but ya'll know how well she listens!!! That's for know and we will continue to keep you updated as much as possible. Thanks everyone and you will continue to be in our prayers.
